1.Application ofBanburyRubber Kneader/kneader machine

   RubberKneader,also called dispersion kneader, it is used to make efficientmixing of the

   rubbermaterials in rubber processing line

   Rubber or plastic material will plasticizedor mixed with high productivity in a closed,pressurized and controlled temperature environment.

   The capacity is 6~8 timescompared with open mill under the same condition of power level.

3)Patentsealing system.

   At thejoint between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilevered arm of themachine

frame, the dust sealingassemblies with curved slotted partings are used obtaining an

   excellent andreliable sealing purpose.

   The end face of the rotor is sealed by end contactsealing with non oil-lubrication and is seals

  well and is wear-resistant anddurable

4)Rotorsand chamber are chromed.

   Chromplate thickness of 0.15mm,make therotor is durable, and corrosion resistant.

5)Pneumatic controlsystem:

    Pneumatic control system is controlled by XG order.The bi-directional air cylinder makes the

   ram up or down. In case the over load occurs inthe mixing chamber, the top ram can be raised

automatically or manually if necessary, so as toprotect motor from overload.

6)Electric control system

    Imported PLC device and electric control componentswhich are all imported products or

   imported technology products are adopted in theelectric control system as to raise control   

   reliability.
